I lead vinyasa based classes that focus on slowing down while moving mindfully and safely with the breath. In my classes I focus on safe body alignment and I weave simple pranayama and meditation techniques to cultivate mental and physical awareness and stillness. Yoga is a never-ending journey. Everyday and moment you have the opportunity to learn and discover something new about yourself and I believe that in your yoga practice is where the magic starts to happen – you have the opportunity quiet the chatter and to connect back with yourself and to listen to what comes up.
